Can I Drive My Golf Cart Anywhere?
Carts can be driven on the street provided the posted speed limit is 35 MPH or less.
Is There Any Place I Can’t Drive My Golf Cart?
You cannot drive the cart onto any main road or freeway with a posted speed limit over 35 MPH. The cart is not allowed to be driven on road that is not paved.
Why Do I Need A Driver’s License To Rent A Golf Cart?
Golf Carts are considered “Vehicles.” You need a driver’s license to operate a vehicle.
Can I Drive If I’m Under 21?
You must be 21 with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance to rent a cart.
Will You Deliver My Golf Cart Anywhere?
Carts will be rented and delivered to the agreed location by Kemah Golf Kart Rentals & Renter.
How Many People Will My Cart Hold? And Who Is Responsible?
Depending on the cart, the maximum capacity is FOUR/SIX passengers, including children. All passengers must be seated. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR PASSENGERS!
